Have you experienced going to the doctors because you feel like there is something different, when you leave they say that everything is fine. Only to experience a down turn in health a few weeks or even days later. With the holistic approach not only are we able to identify problems before they arise we also can address them and create a treatment plan to improve your health. Be ready to answer questions of past illness's, life style choices, and family history.

Cancellation Policy

Purpose of Initial Intake The Initial Intake appointment is a one-time onboarding service required for all new patients. This visit includes a comprehensive health history review, assessment, and initial acupuncture treatment. Once completed, returning patients will not be required to repeat this intake. Eligibility This service is for new patients only. Returning patients who have already completed an intake should book a Follow-Up Acupuncture Session instead. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Intake appointments cannot be booked using follow-up session credits, memberships, or packages. Forms & Documentation Intake forms must be completed online prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required forms before arrival may result in a shortened session or rescheduling without refund. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened to respect other patients’ appointment times. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the intake fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Medical Disclosure Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during the intake process. Acupuncture and related therapies are complementary and not a substitute for medical care. Transition to Ongoing Care After completing your intake, you will be eligible to book follow-up treatments, treatment plans, or memberships without repeating this service.
