Cancellation Policy

ligibility Home visits are available to established patients who have completed an Initial Intake. New patients must schedule an Initial Intake before requesting a home visit. 2. Scheduling & Payment Appointments must be booked in advance with full payment or package/membership credit applied at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted: credit card, PayPal, or approved packages/memberships. Home visits require complete address details and any access instructions. 3. Session Logistics Patients must provide a safe, quiet, and clean space for treatment. Space should allow a treatment table or chair, free from hazards. Pets and other obstacles must be disclosed in advance. Treatment duration will follow the scheduled session (30, 60, or 90 minutes). 4. Late Arrival & Cancellation Please arrive ready at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have a shortened session. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show, and the session may be forfeited. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (<24 hours) or no-shows will result in full session fee or package credit deduction. 5. Health & Safety Disclosure Patients must provide accurate health information relevant to treatment. Acupuncture is complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical care. Practitioner reserves the right to decline or reschedule a visit if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate for treatment.
