Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows proper preparation to ensure you receive the highest quality of care. Same-day appointments are not available unless directly approved. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in: A cancellation fee, or Forfeiture of the session (if purchased as part of a plan) This policy protects reserved treatment time and respects both practitioner and client schedules. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late: Your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled client. Full session fees still apply. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. No-Show Policy Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in: Full session charge or session deduction from your plan. Future bookings may require prepayment. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of booking unless enrolled in an active treatment plan. Plans and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Commitment to Care Acupuncture and holistic care work best with consistency. Treatment plans are designed to support long-term healing and balance.
