Service Description

1. Consultation & Health Review Your session begins with a brief consultation where we discuss your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This helps identify patterns in the body that may be contributing to your condition. 2. Traditional Chinese Medicine Assessment Using principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practitioner may assess your pulse, observe your tongue, and evaluate other physical signs. These diagnostic tools help determine imbalances in the body such as deficiencies, excess conditions, or disruptions in energy flow. 3. Treatment Plan Based on the assessment, a customized treatment plan is created for your session. This may focus on relieving pain, supporting organ function, regulating hormones, improving circulation, calming the nervous system, or restoring overall balance. 4. Needle Placement Very fine, sterile acupuncture needles are gently inserted into specific points on the body. Most patients feel little to no discomfort during this process. These points stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms and help restore proper energy flow. 5. Rest & Therapeutic Integration Once the needles are placed, you will rest comfortably for approximately 30–45 minutes. During this time, the body enters a deeply relaxed state that allows the treatment to work effectively. 6. Needle Removal & Post-Treatment Guidance After the treatment period, the needles are removed and you may receive recommendations such as lifestyle guidance, herbal support, or follow-up treatments to help maintain progress.

Cancellation Policy

Eligibility Follow-Up Acupuncture sessions are available only to established patients who have completed an Initial Intake appointment. New patients must book an Initial Intake before scheduling follow-up care. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless the session is covered by an active package or membership. Package credits and membership benefits apply only to follow-up sessions, not initial intakes. Session Timing Follow-up sessions are time-based and focus on continued care according to your individualized treatment plan. Treatment length may vary slightly depending on clinical needs but will remain within the scheduled appointment time. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have the session shortened. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and the session may be forfeited. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a follow-up appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee or deducted from your package or membership. No-shows are non-refundable. Treatment Plan Consistency Follow-up acupuncture works best when sessions are received consistently, as recommended. Missed or irregular sessions may affect treatment progress and outcomes. Medical Disclosure Patients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any changes in health status, medications, or symptoms prior to each session. Acupuncture and related therapies are complementary and not a substitute for medical care. Active Care Requirement Patients who have not received treatment in 12 months or longer may be required to complete a new intake appointment before resuming care.
